I purchased two Sabrina jumpsuits from Oliver Grace back in June of this year. Although I returned them as soon as I got return labels and they were in perfect condition and Oliver Grace acknowledged receipt, the company has yet to give me my refunds. This company has stopped retuning my emails. I sent the Sabrina jumpsuit back and have yet to receive my refund. It's been months. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Buyer Beware! Scam! Clothes are horrible,You'll never receive a refund, no ones replies to emails, no phone number! So many complaints to the BBB! They are still selling clothes and no one will help any of the customers that got ripped off!

Purchased the Sabrina Jumpsuit on March 26, 2016. Received it in timely manner but it didn't fit. Returned it. On May 11, 2016, I received email confirmation from Brittany in Customer Care Team that my return was received and that my refund would be processed that week and to allow a few weeks for payment to be reflected in my account. I love the jumpsuit so I order one that was August 3rd I was hopping to wear on my birthday August the 13th. That never happened!! My bank account was charge. Waited and waited and waited until the 26th so I email them and got an automatic email back. So I waited again and on September 5th I email again and got the same email. I'm pissed now! I ordered the Oliver Grace jumpsuit, as advertised on Facebook, about a month ago, and I never received it. I have written them several times first to inquire about the timing of delivery and then to get a credit on this product, but there's been no response by email. I have been trying to get refunds promised me...20% off of a $180 Sabrina Jumpsuit and additional refund because it took over a month and a-half to receive...my account number is 5134

I bought two of these jumpsuits for a big event I had. A small and a medium. When they arrived I tried them both on and kept the medium. Sent back the small in perfect condition with a tracking #. Once it was received on their end I emailed and called over and over to no avail. Have asked for my $$$ back SEVERAL times and when they actually do reply it's the run-around. Don't buy from this company. I kept seeing this jumpsuit advertised on FaceBook so I finally ordered it but didn't like the fit so I sent it back right away and they never refunded me or replied to my inquiries about my refund. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.
