I ordered the Oliver Grace jumpsuit, as advertised on Facebook, about a month ago, and I never received it. I have written them several times first to inquire about the timing of delivery and then to get a credit on this product, but there's been no response by email.

There is also no phone number for the company. I would like to know how to get my money back and make sure no one else orders from them again.

Research shows I am not the only one this has happened to, and I would like to see this scam put to an end. Thanks, from an unhappy Oliver Grace customer.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $200. Oliver Grace needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.

I have also been waiting for a refund for the jumpsuit that I returned after it came two months after I ordered it...

despite cancelling it before it came. Have you had any luck with a refund?

Same here - I got the necklace but NOT the jumpsuit. I have sent over a half dozen emails with no reply and now their system says they don't recognize my email as a registered account.
