Unethical, lying, scamming, worst company EVER!

I purchased a jumpsuit in March of 2016. Upon receipt realized it was too small. I immediately emailed customer care agents to ensure I was following the correct return procedure and I promptly returned the jumpsuit the same day. I have almost 100 emails back and forth from Oliver Grace customer care agents, OXANA, ANYA, TAMMY, etc. have all replied to me saying: the delay in a full refund was because the computer system was changed, then the delay in a full refund was due to the finance department being backed up, the the delay in a full refund was another reason and the customer care agent sent my issue with a full refund straight to the CFO! Yet, dozens and dozens and dozens of emails later I have yet to receive my full refund. I have saved every correspondence. I sent a private message on Facebook, no reply. I sent a public message on their Facebook page, no reply. I sent in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they responded that Oliver Grace didn't reply to them. I am dismayed, it's completely unethical and I have followed all necessary protocol. I have stopped receiving emails back, sadly. At this point, I already paid for return shipping and I will just take the jumpsuit back! Had I know how fraudulent this company was i would not have purchased anything.

I had the same thing happen to me! Returned jumpsuit - no refund.

What's funnier is that a friend ordered one too, then canceled and was refunded but still received one!!! Clearly it's a scam and they had no idea what they were doing.

Let me know if you hear anything back! I keep emailing and am going to take it up with my bank soon.

I ordered the Oliver Grace Sabrina jump suit. It looked awful on me.

I received the shipping label from them and I returned it. I never got my refund. I have now e-mailed them several times, including the e-mail address, which they clearly received since I got my return label. However, now I can't get anyone to return any of my e-mails.

I am extremely frustrated. That was a lot of money. And obviously not worth it. I am not sure what else to write since this has to be at least one hundred words?

That is strange. I just want to be able to help other customers so they don't get ripped off.

The SAME thing happened to me.. and I bought mine back in March as well.

What can we do to file a claim about this? $150 is a lot to not get back when an item was returned!!

I purchased a Sabrina jumpsuit back in May 2016 and returned it because of the poor fit. Like everyone else, I never received a refund, despite the confirmation that they received the jumpsuit and a handful of follow-up emails over the course of two months. I did get one response early on, blaming the delay on their rapid growth and how they were in the process of updating their accounting software or something. After that, there were zero responses to any of my emails. I ended up filing complaints with the BBB and the State Attorney General's office (CA), and filed a dispute with my credit card company, which I won and got my money back. I highly encourage everyone to compile all your emails to/from Oliver Grace and file a dispute with your bank/credit card company to get your money back.

Nightmare

I ordered clothes, returned them and have not recieved my refund of $450. This has been going on since April 2016. I have contacted them, the BBB has attempted to contact them, and my bank attempted to contact them with no results. They have taken their website down as well as their facebook page. I recommend everyone file a complaint with the FTC. Additionally, the company appears to be owned by a company called Machete Los Angeles. Seems they have a history of scam companies.Their trademark was abandoned in the beginning of November. Everyone should report them to the FTC so that maybe a class action lawsuit can be started.

I purchased the Sabrina jumpsuit on 5/11/2016 and when it arrived it was way too big and really ugly. It looked nothing like the on line picture. I returned it and have never received a refund on my credit card. I returned it to the address listed on the website but they said they had moved. They said the package should get to them though. I was in contact with someone by email but they never followed up and I have not been credited for my return. This company is a scam and they should be prosecuted for defrauding so many people. If anyone has any idea on how I can get my $144 back lml. Thanks!

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I ordered the Sabrina Jumpsuit, and didn't end up liking it. I requested a return label and sent it back. They confirmed in July they received my return and would need 2-3 weeks to issue a refund. I have received no refund since and they've stopped responding to me. I've tried several time to reach out to them in the last 2 months and only received an automatic reply via email. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their website. Their business practices are horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been waiting 3 month for a refund or even a response. What they are doing to consumers is completely unethical.

Oliver Grace Hasn't Honored My Refunds

I purchased two Sabrina jumpsuits from Oliver Grace back in June of this year. Although I returned them as soon as I got return labels and they were in perfect condition and Oliver Grace acknowledged receipt, the company has yet to give me my refunds. I have tried emailing the company several times, but they have stopped responding and they offer no phone number for customers to use. I have lost about $250 to this fraudulent company. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, which took up my complaint. However, BBB reported that Oliver Grace never responded to its inquiries. This company is a big-time scam. Don't order anything from them!

I ordered the Oliver Grace jumpsuit, as advertised on Facebook, about a month ago, and I never received it. I have written them several times first to inquire about the timing of delivery and then to get a credit on this product, but there's been no response by email. There is also no phone number for the company. I would like to know how to get my money back and make sure no one else orders from them again. Research shows I am not the only one this has happened to, and I would like to see this scam put to an end. Thanks, from an unhappy Oliver Grace customer.

Same here - I got the necklace but NOT the jumpsuit. I have sent over a half dozen emails with no reply and now their system says they don't recognize my email as a registered account.

Purchased the Sabrina Jumpsuit on March 26, 2016. Received it in timely manner but it didn't fit. Returned it. On May 11, 2016, I received email confirmation from Brittany in Customer Care Team that my return was received and that my refund would be processed that week and to allow a few weeks for payment to be reflected in my account. After allowing 4 weeks, I emailed to follow up but only received automated responses indicating high volumes. I still have not received my refund or any other responses to my inquiries. There is no contact phone number in their "contact us" link on website.

I ordered a jumpsuit two weeks ago have not heard one word from this co. it is a scam no phone number to be reached at I have emailed them several times. I have been had do not order from this bogus Company lesson learned I will get my money back and am seeking action . I read all of the negative reviews after my purchase of the jumpsuit never ever have I dealt with such poor customer service . At least some not all but some received the jumpsuit I haven't even received a shipping notice all I got was they took my money I have been scammed !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO.

Like all other reviewers, I did not receive a refund for the item I returned to Oliver Grace. I bought the Sabrina Jumpsuit in March, attempted to return it April 8, didn't get a response with a return authorization until almost May. Sent the package back two days after receiving a shipping label from OG and it was delivered two days after that. Fast forward to July and still no refund. I emailed once a week and received no human responses. I then took to the internet and commented on their Facebook posts with my requests and cautioned other commenters. No response. They haven't even been active on Facebook since late June 2016. This company is a total fraud. I've never been victimized by a company before so I'm beyond frustrated and angry. It's like we're all helpless to do anything to combat their scam. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and filing a complaint with the BBB. I was lucky my credit card company was willing to go through with issuing me a credit considering I made the purchase five months ago!

Me too...so sad! I do lots of online shopping and had the same experience as you with Oliver Grace (and same Jumpsuit...ha!) I am going to call my VISA card company tomorrow and file a complaint and see if I get anywhere:(

I love the jumpsuit so I order one that was August 3rd I was hopping to wear on my birthday August the 13th. That never happened!! My bank account was charge. Waited and waited and waited until the 26th so I email them and got an automatic email back. So I waited again and on September 5th I email again and got the same email. I'm pissed now! Went to my back and file a dispute! Never will do business with them again. No wonder there is no Custumer # to call.

I have never had to dispute a charge on a credit card before, but I did today. On March 24th, I ordered that awesome looking jumpsuit from Oliver Grace. It didn't fit. I used their pre-paid label to return it. Packaged it all up, after I contacted their support on March 31st and asked what I needed to do for the refund. On April 6th, they replied with the instructions and it was exactly what was printed on the receipt (which was good because I had already sent it back) and could take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on my statement. Because I used their pre-paid label, I don't have a receipt from USPS. I also didn't make a copy of the proof of purchase that was in with the item. Lessons learned. On May 2, the refund still had not been processed, so I sent a follow up to my original email. On May 20th, I received this reply: "I want to apologize for the long delay on your refund of $180. We changed programs and some orders did not make the transition due to a technical error. We are now manually searching through to find them all but have thousands to get through so it is taking quite some time. I've escalated this up to our finance department to get the refund processed for you. Thanks for bearing with us while get everything updated and again we are so sorry this directly affected you. All the best, John The Customer Care Team" On May 31st, I contacted them again asking what the status on this situation was. I got the standard automated response. On June 1st, I contacted them to just get an idea of when I could expect the "technical error" to be resolved. No response. Not even automated. On Monday (June 6) I sent an email letting them know that if I hadn't heard anything by today (June 8), I'd be reporting this to my credit card company and disputing the charge. Again, not even the automated response. I went to login on their site, just to double check date on the order, and couldn't login. Thought maybe I was using the wrong email, but found the "account activation" email from when I created the account so I knew it was the right email address. Thought I had just forgotten the password, so requested a password reset. It informed me that there was no account associated with that email address. I know I didn't delete my account. Long story ... don't shop with an online "boutique" that doesn't have a customer service PHONE number or any way to contact them other than "support at olivergrace dot com". Also, don't shop with Oliver Grace. Part two of the story - Capital One customer service rocks!
