I have been totally scammed by this business. I bought an item on March 25. Returned the day I recieved it on April 2. I emailed to make sure they recieved it on April 9. Got an email back saying the recieved it and are processing my refund. On April 30, after no refund, I contacted them again asking what happened with my refund. They lied and told me they only recieved my return on April 21 and that refunds take 3 weeks and they are 2 weeks behind. When I went to respond I discovered the had BLOCKED me from messaging them on Facebook. They refused to answer emails and don't have a contact phone number. I have filed a claim with PayPal (which they haven't responded to), and also filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. Today I recieved an automated message stating this: Ohhh, we are so sorry delivering your order has taken so long. We have been in the process of changing fulfillment houses and it has taken longer than we expected and that has impacted our ability to send out your order. But... we started shipping orders today so we can send you your order this week. If we do not hear from you we will ship you your order and we think you will love it! If you do not want your order please respond to this email and add CANCEL ORDER to the subject line and we will cancel your order. So funny because I didn't place an order!!! I just wanted a refund!! So now they aren't just stealing money from returns, but they aren't even sending out orders they currently Have!! After reading reviews on Sitejabber.com, this appears to be common practice for this company. DONT TRUST TOUR MINEY WITH THEM!!! The clothes are awful and the company is even worse!

I just got the Sabring jumpsuit after seeing all of the positive reviews on Facebook. It's awful and doesn't fit a petite person like myself.

I think they generated fake reviews to sell this horrible jumpsuit. Now, I am trying to send it back and you can tell they make it very difficult. They say there is a return page which there isn't.

I have learned a lesson and will never order from companies I have never heard about with fake reviews. I wonder if I will ever get my refund?

This company is a the worst company I have ever done business with! I ordered a jumpsuit online. The jumpsuit which was poorly made and very cheap looking. I Returned the sabrina jumpsuit immediately and was not refunded. I have exchanged numerous emails with them as they do not have a phone number. The return was confirmed and a promise of a refund was given. It has been 6 months. Do not do business with them! They are horrible! Check out the better business before you do business with them. I should have done my own due dilegence. Buyer Beware!

Oliver Grace is a FRAUD

I have also ordered an ill-fitting jumpsuit in March 2016, which I returned RIGHT AWAY, and am still waiting for my refund 14 weeks later. I have gotten email confirmations when my return was received and my full refund was promised. Now I have still not received my money. There is NO phone number and my returned emails give a name of Oxana but there is no phone number. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and will now file a complaint with the Attorney General of California.

Exact same experience here! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. I was lucky they were willing to deal with it since the original purchase was made three months ago.

I have had the EXACT same experience. I've been waiting since March for a refund.

All I get is emails acknowledging my frustration but still no refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB but it went unanswered by Oliver Grace.

I've been waiting for a refund for over 2 months on a junky jumpsuit that probably cost $15 to make and retails for $180. Like others, I've battled to get my emails answered (only to receive excuses for the delay -- they have recently "changed systems"), was blocked from messaging on Facebook and from posting comments on the page after attempting to contact them and then warn others about the scam. It's clear that they have deleted many angry messages as you can see the replies that they will be "sending an email" but the original messages are no where to be found. This business is fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've contacted BBB. If you've also fallen victim to their crimes, I encourage you to do the same and leave reviews or comments wherever you can to spread the word.

Exact same story here, right down to the BS changing over the system excuse. I've been waiting 7 1/2 weeks for my refund.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General of California as well. They have to pay for this illegal activity!

I believe this company is borderline fraudulent. Clearly they have their marketing cornered on Facebook. I ordered a jumpsuit, didn't like it and emailed. I have had no response. I had 14 days to get it back and no one has returned my email. Do not buy anything from this company. I'm becoming worried that I won't hear from them. The jumpsuit is mediocre at best. Possible something you'd find on sale at TJ Maxx for under $30. Not worth the almost $200 I paid for. Big mistake ordering from them. They are very clever with their marketing though I will give Oliver Grace that but do yourself a favor and don't order from them.

I purchased the Sabrina jumpsuit ($162 after online discount), I was surprised how cheap it looked (elastic waistband and polyester) for $180+ article of clothing. I exchanged for a different size but it didn't help. I returned within 5 days of receiving the exchange. I mailed back on 4/16 and have since sent 4 emails (because there's no # to reach them) of the 4 emails I've received to 2 general "we've received your msg" replies. this co. is a scam, just like the dozens of Chinese scam online retailers. Oliver grace wont allow any "bad" review posts on their facebook page either. SCAM SCAM SCAM - they try to look legit and "expensive" but worse than the cheap ripoff Chinese sites! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CO, i'll be filing a BBB review as well as contacting Consumer protection in CA. Also suggest anyone with a bad review post on their own social media sites since we cant reach them directly. Ridiculous.

I ha exactly the same issue as others! I bought the $180 jumpsuit and it was cheap and didn't fit! Retuned it on March 7th and still no refund! I finally got an email on May 1st stating my refund was on its way and would be returned to me on PayPal! still haven't seen the refund!

I purchased a jumpsuit from Oliver Grace on 1/25/16 and returned it by mail in the beginning of Febraury. (Due to it not fitting properly.) Tracking confirms it was delivered back to them. I've reached out to them many times and now it's the middle of June...still no refund. Oliver Grace is a scam. The company has my teturned item and my money. Do NOT shop with them!

Purchased items ($144). The jumpsuit was poor quality and did not fit well. I returned the item within a week well within their policy. This was early March. I contacted them May6th becasue I STILL had not received a refund. They responded today (May 29th) with excuses about how they "are a small team, changed processes, and are behind, but will process my return soon". WHAT?? No phone number, no specific date, vague excuses. I filed a report with the BBB but I doubt they will be able to reach them either. My research has discovered major similar issues all over the web with this "company" - the odd thing is their website has only 5 star reviews. FRAUD!

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Similar to others I purchased the Sabrina Jumpsuit ($180) & had a horrible experience. After a month w/o the product, I requested to cancel my order and contacted my CC company to dispute the charge. Surprisingly, it shipped 2 days later AFTER several previous attempts to cancel the order from both myself and my CC company. I then received the product without a return label. To be honest, I didn't even check out the jumpsuit as I knew it was going to be returned & I ordered one for 1/9 the price from H&M. I again had to wait for Oliver Grace to send me the return label & RMA #. I promptly returned the product (tip: I took a bunch of photos as proof of everything). On 6/6, Oliver Grace confirmed they received my return and processed my RMA and it would take 2-5 days for the refund to appear. My CC company is still helping me as now it's been 2 months since my original order date - I have no product & still out the $180. Absolutely horrendous & appalling. The only thing they appear to be good at is filtering their facebook reviews, comments, etc. so all appears positive. BUYER BEWARE!!! I never disputed a charge until now.
